The Auberge is located at the entrance of the magnificent village of Saint-Prex, in la Côte. A place to meet and share, it is the link between the inhabitants of the village.
We have given the Auberge back its soul as a café-restaurant. Open in the morning, enjoy our daily dishes or let yourself be tempted by our tasty menu which favours home-made, local and seasonal cuisine.
The Vaudois Chef Jimmy Légeret, originally from La Côte, concocts generous brasserie dishes inspired by his rich culinary background.
The view of the town’s clock tower allows you to discover the motto written on the north side Laissons dire et faisons bien, well known to Saint-Preyards.

Our Chef Jimmy proposes a generous and local cuisine elaborated in symbiosis with the seasons that we go through. He likes to collaborate with local producers and favors home-made products. He offers homemade fries, meat from the Prélaz butcher shop and seasonal vegetables from the region.
